Ever since I was little, my family has been very into eating healthy. My friends may have guessed differently based on the amount of candy I could eat in one sitting... never-the-less I did know how I should eat. When my Mom got really sick with Lyme back in 2006 we became even more interested in health and found unconventional ways of staying healthy. And I'm not just talking about what we eat. I'm talking about taking care of every aspect of our body. To learn some of our crazy methods and also to get to know my family and I a little better, read and enjoy!
